Booking

The easiest way to book is to contact me directly via call, text or email (though with our busy schedules, text is often best). We do not have receptionists at Salon Vermont and stylists do all of our own scheduling. All calls to the salon will go directly to voicemail that is checked frequently by the salon owners. By contacting me directly, I can view my schedule objectively and see where I can schedule appointments most effectively. I may contact you to ask any necessary questions to ensure the proper booking takes place. Be sure to provide your name and any other pertinent info in any new text or email. Please check out the policies, schedules and booking practices below for further information.

At this time, I am unable to accommodate new clients, my apologies. This may change in the future, so check back, but I have had to reduce my schedule and am having trouble accommodating my existing clientele. If you have not pre-booked your appointment, I may be only able to offer to add you to my cancellation list because of this overcrowding. I have several stylists helping me with my overflow that I can refer to. All of the stylists at both Salon Vermont locations are fantastic and if I am unable to schedule you, I encourage you to go to salonvermont.com to check out our other stylists or fill out the Appointment Request form. I apologize that some of you may no longer be able to schedule with me and that I cannot add new clients at this time. I really appreciate everyone that has helped me build a business that overbooking is even a problem!

Hours of Operation

My hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9:30-afternoon. Hours are subject to change and how late in the day, I work changes according to need (both mine and clients’). Some evenings are available but do generally fill up first. Special Note: I no longer work in South Burlington on Fridays. All appointments as of 4/15/24 will be at the Williston Salon Vermont. This also means I will no longer be sending location reminders the day before appointments. Contact me to inquire about my schedule for a specific week. I may have some flexibility to schedule outside of my usual days, but bookings outside of this schedule may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the high demand for appointments, Notification to cancel or reschedule your appointment must be made by the end of the day (8pm) two days prior to the day of your appointment in order to avoid a cancellation fee. For example, if your appointment is on a Monday, no matter the time, I ask to be notifiied by text or email by 8pm on Saturday to cancel or reschedule. Tuesday appointments need notification by Sunday evening and so on. Cancellations not due to sudden illness or emergencies without proper notice and all no-show appointments will be charged the full price of the service booked. An invoice will be sent, via email or text, to be paid before rescheduling.

In addition, if you are 15 minutes or later for your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate and you will need to reschedule as well as incur the price of service(s) booked. I may require partial or full payment in order to book further appointments if this policy is not followed. I understand that we all run behind sometimes and I do try to be as understanding as possible, but please be aware of this policy. This is my livelihood and unfilled appointments greatly impact how I provide for myself and my family. I ask that you respect my time and I will respect yours. Thank you for your understanding.

Online Booking is Currently Disabled

Due to changes in the scheduling app and lack of availability, I have disabled my online booking site for the time being. I like to give priority to my pre-booking clients when scheduling ahead and at this time cannot accommodate new clients. I also may have to ask non pre-booked existing clients to join my cancellation list. I apologize that I am unable to schedule everyone that would like an appointment, however, this may change in the future, so please check back.

Please contact me directly to purchase gift cards. I will either send an invoice for purchase or direct you to a URL to purchase online. Gift cards expire 5 years after the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash. No cash back is given.
